Some children may encounter a period of home-sickness within the first few days at camp. Experience indicates that the “sickness” increases whenever a child talks with their parents and hears their voice. Consequently, we do not allow the use of cell phones or internet access on campus. However, the camp phone is available 24/7 for any and all emergency use.   Parents may freely check on their children, but are encouraged not to talk with them directly unless there is a family emergency.   When one child is allowed to go home in the middle of the week for non-emergency reasons, every child suddenly wants to go home. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

 Electronic equipment found in-use (including cell phones) will be confiscated and returned to the camper before going home!   Any form of text messaging is strictly prohibited!

NOTE:  Parents are cordially invited to join their children for the Friday supper (5:00)and the closing abrievated chapel session.
